How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

I searched around for many doctors in which I made Dr. Richards my final decision. I was very pleased with my consultation, his reviews, and photos of his work.
However the staff could use a lot more training because they wasted a lot of my time. 3 weeks prior to my surgery I got a call asking if I wanted to come in tomorrow for surgery.... I hadn't had blood work, a mammogram or been off the medication necessary, not had a pre op, nor taken the time off work! I obviously said no (that was kind of alarming). 2 weeks prior to Surgery I had my pre op, I was told I needed a mammogram I asked for them to call my Radiologist for a referral, I waited 3 days and there was no referral. (I understand they might be busy) so I made my own appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound being I have had a lump in my breast for 20 years had it biopsied 2x's and it's benign which not only was it talked about, but it was in my paperwork that I filled out. 10 days to surgery I get a call from the radiologist office and they said the office denied the ultrasound they only need a mammogram. I figured they knew what they were talking about, being I've never had surgery before I went along with it. 3 days after my mammogram I get a call from Dr. Richards office saying I need an ultrasound. I kindly asked if they could call for a referral and they told me that I would have to go to my primary physician for that. I thought that was extremely weird being that, that's a doctor and the results need to go to that office. I went in Dr. Richards office and spoke to my patient coordinator who was very helpful and not only gave me a referral but made the appointment. So I had to rush to the other side of town to get an ultrasound because my surgery was in less than a week. After surgery they scheduled me to see the doctor in 2 weeks. When I arrived the young lady at the front desk (lied) and said they tried to call me but my phone was disconnected and Dr. Richards was in surgery. I had her call the number they had on file in front of me and it rang. My phone has never been disconnected! Someone obviously dropped the ball and didn't call me to reschedule, so again my time was wasted.
I just feel the staff needs to read and understand each patient they are dealing with, when they are making there calls and decisions.
