Breast Aug & Rhinoplasty combo surgery: 5'6" 125 Lbs, 33 yrs, Not Even a 34AA, Breast Fed, Athletic. I want a big girl bra!

Seriously though, I want to be able to be able to buy a bra that fits. A 34AA leaves an inch gap at the top where shirts gather. I can't wear many dresses, tanks, and swim suits because I can't go without a bra (1: because the outfit is made for boobs, 2: I've breast fed and we all know what deflated balloons looks like) and a strapless bra doesn't stay up. Deep V-necks drape so low they show my bra because theres nothing to fill it. Forget lingerie for my husband. They are made for B cups a bigger.

I'm ready to move forward tomorrow and get scheduled within 2 weeks so that my implants will be 3 months post op by the end of April for my cruise.

I've wished for implants for many many many years. I opted out and got lasik eye surgery years back instead. Now it's time to get what I've always wished for...to be "normal" in the clothing world.

I want to be a full B and possibly a C. Looking at 325-350c High Profile textured.

I found Dr Richards on Google and real self.com with amazing reviews and prices. He also specializes in reducing the pain post surgery and he very up to date on all the newest technology. I was going to go with Dr Pancholi but believe I'll be choosing Dr Richards. I sent a request from real self.com after 10pm last night and Dr Richards, himself, emailed me back immediately and said he can get me in this month and that I must be doing research because it will be good timing for my cruise in April. The office called me right away this morning and got me in for the first consolation tomorrow morning.

Since I was a young teen I've always wished to get rid of my bump on my nose. Hopefully he can combine the surgery with the BA. I've been reading many Dr's opinions on combining it and it looks safe.

So why the rhino? I would get my nose job over my boobs if I had to choose. My nose has always bugged me ever since high school. Kids make comments about things (including my "flat as a board" chest!) and that's when we start to look at our features and analyze them. I think changing a main feature would be more rewarding than my breasts (but that's just me. No offense to anyone.) So Dr Richards was able to do a combo surgery for only $9950 which was considerably less than other Dr's and has great education, history, reviews, and portfolio so I know I'm not choosing him just because of the cost. He is also in the same office as a very well recognized Dr, Dr Garcia, which tells me that if he's good enough for Dr Garcia's high standards than he'll do a great job on me. He just came to Las Vegas 6 months ago so I'm sure he has low prices to build up a clientele in the area.

I also only want to have one recovery time. I don't want to do another surgery later and the surgery is under 4 hours so it's not too long. (He said a Mommy Make Over can run 6 hours, a whole day of surgery. 4 or less is much better.)

So I never developed breasts and truly believe it's because I was so active all my life. Working out raises testosterone levels and probably gave me the short end of the stick when it came to my boobs. BUT I've never had heavy cycles or even nonexistent. Kinda nice.

I have my pre-op date this Thursday the 8th and will determine final size. I've chosen 350cc High Profile which will add 2 cups to my "flat as a board" chest. No more training bras!!!! I get a big girl bra and a new cute nose! No more bump! SO EXCITED and nervous at the same time.
