I had 560cc Silicon implants in both breasts. I was fairly symmetrical before surgery. I did a mid-profile over the muscle. I went from a 36C to a 36DD.

Love my results! After having a child, I wanted implants to fill out my breats. In my consultation with Dr. Richards we discussed the possibility of having a lift at some point later in life but right now would just do the augmentation. At my week follow up appointment after surgery, Dr.Richards said I would probably not even need a lift anymore because the implants had filled out my breasts so much. That's the best outcome I could have hoped for! It's only been a week and a half since my surgery and I'm so happy with my results already!
