Loving my results :) I'm still in recovery so I am tired at times through out the day. I used to workout 5 times a week so have to wait a few more weeks till I have more energy and am healed a bit more. I'm taking it easy only leisurely walks. But I am absolutely loving my results! Dr. Richards is the best ????
