200 ccs Breast Implants, Still Feel Small!

Righty still not dropping
$6,000
My right one still isnt dropping and after doing everything the PS recommends I have spent another 600 plus trying to fix this and nothing helps. Feeling discouraged as I dont have 3000 for a revision and still feeling much boob greed. Anyone else almost 6 months out still having any of these issues?

Hi, we have similar stats. I'm 5'1, 92 lbs. I'm torn between anatomicals 225 or 255cc. How much bigger do you wish to go? Also, what's you bwd? Thanks!
If you are trying to make righty drop, the push up bra might be acting against that. A push up bra is pushing the breast upwards but you are trying to let righty fall into place.
You have not mentioned using a velcro strap under your armpits in any of your posts. Some surgeons give them to their patients. I wore mine for longer than the prescribed time because I had a stubborn righty too. If you're right handed, it can be the bulk of your right pectoralis major muscle.
As for size, unless you ask the surgeon to push it in with his foot, he couldn't get a bigger implant in there. We can be our own worst critic. I think you look a lot different from your pre-op photo. They are noticeable and make your figure look much more shapely. I can see why you wish for a bit bigger. Your belly is similar to mine. A little bit more projection of the breasts would disguise the belly, right?
You can save up another $6-7K for a second BA in the future. The 200cc would have stretched your skin a bit. With the next BA, you could ask for something bigger. Don't be surprised, though, if by that time, your breasts may have settled and you have become happy with them.

You're so petite I think the look really great! I can understand why you would want bigger from the stand point of - I waiting for this and I paid for this so I could have had more- I think I'll probably have the same reaction no matter what size I end up. But they really are perfect maybe add some afters from farther away, but from the angles provided they look awesome very Instagram worthy!
Thanks for your kind words! I will work on adding some different pics soon! I do plan on going larger in the future but I can't afford to pay for another surgery as my PSs office says it'll be 1000 more than my first BA. I'm thinking in the next 3 years once im done having kids I will do it hopefully I will have some money saved and I wont have to wait ;)

My right still isnt dropping much but has moved down slightly since my post op appt in May. I saw my PS on July 9th and feels its too early to decide if I will need a revision. Will take another look at the 6 month mark. I am still doing my massages also. I have been feeling major boob greed since my surgery and it hasnt yet gotten any better. If I need a revision Im told it will cost me 3000 and for me to go bigger it will be 7000. thats an extra grand than my first surgery! After reading what other surgeons say on RealSelf alot of them give discounted surgeries the second time around...why is mine more expensive? I dont understand even though the women in the office gave a reason it still doesnt make sense to me that it would be more when other doctors charge less for repeat patients. At this point I cant afford 7000 when I just paid 6000 so Im trying to be happy with what I have though dressed I dont feel much different. Im going to slowly save my money so when the time comes I can go bigger next time.

I'm only one month out and my right isn't dropping as much either. I hope with it will. I just saw my doctor on Monday and he gave me a boon strap to wear on just that side... I'm afraid it'll shift the other.
I wore a strap for several months to help my right one but it is still high, not sure about a revision he says it doesn't have much more to go but to me it is clearly higher and still flatter compared to my left. I wouldn't worry yet about yours since your only one month out, you still have time to drop yet. And the strap shouldn't effect the other one in these circumstances.
Omg why so much ?! I'm sorry!! I love your implants but I can see why u want a bit bigger. U should have done a 250cc. I did 4 consults and none recommended under 250. They didn't see the point of getting implants. At least yours are pretty!!!!!!!!! Get a good bra!
My PS didn't really talk much about ccs so that's partially my fault for not telling him I don't want to less than so many ccs. I think I just assumed it would be closer to 300ccs since my initial consultation with all 3 surgeons I saw said around but not more than 300 would be good for me. So I didn't think I'd wind up with only 200ccs. But Thank you!
Same with me! I just assumed he'd give me in the 300 range. I never thought I'd be upset bc I went to small. My fear was going too big! I got 240 and I'm 7 weeks post. I feel like I look when I wore my padded bra. It's a little noticeable my fam said but I want bigger. It was 6k. Doing another surgery would be 4K. Ugh!
That's exactly how I felt at 7 weeks and it never got better for me. After 6 months they didnt change at all and I actually need a revision. But since I'm pregnant that'll have to wait for quite a while. He said he couldn't fit bigger but no one can even tell the difference. Obviously I was hoping for more of a change that people besides my husband would see. I definitely plan on getting them down again, hopefully sooner than later. If you were 32a pre op and got 240ccs that's like me getting 200ccs w 30s pre op so I completely understand how you feel. Don't let anyone tell you you shouldn't go bigger. I am gona go bigger as well probably one more cup size. I think that will be noticable, but not obnoxious looking. Good luck and keep me posted.
I had the same thing happen to me and now I just use push-up bras to make them look the way I want. I will also have to save up if I want to go bigger later on. My doctor also said nothing bigger fit so I try to think that is what was best for me at the time.
Sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your results. I ran into the same exact issue. I had my first BA done in October of last year. I noticed immediately after surgery that one side appeared to be higher than the other which made it look like one side was bigger than the other. Everyone I talked to said to give it time because the implant will drop. Well....seven months later & it never did. I was so self conscious with how my body looked, even v-neck shirts looked strange on me. I regretted my decision & wishes that I would have left my body the way it was before. I ended up deciding to have a revision with the same doctor. Initially I had 435cc round Sientra textured high profile implants, but the second time I did 425cc anatomical (teardrop) high profile implants. I am so much happier with the results this time. One of them is still slightly higher than the other, but it's barely noticeable. Good luck to you.
Thank you for telling me your story! Did the doctor charge you alot for your revision? I can't afford to do have it done so I will have to love with it and hope for the best. My husband says atleast I look better in clothes but I don't think I look any different and I don't look bettee naked lol. The point of doing this was to feel better about myself and it's almost 6 months later and i dont. Thanks for your support!

If it's any consolation, they look quite symmetrical in the photos, so it's not very noticeable.
But I can understand about boob greed. I have such a like/hate relationship with mine on a daily basis.
