I was referred to Dr. Richards by a great friend. From the moment I walked into his office I felt so welcomed. His staff were so professional and I felt so comfortable. Kerry was the nurse "patient coordinator". She covered absolutely everything and plus some, then the Dr. Richards walked in and went over even more stuff. They helped me pick the right size for my body, answered any questions that I had (and I didn't even have to ask much since they covered it all already). As I was getting my consultation I couldn't wait to just schedule my surgery. I knew that I made the right decision going to see Dr. Richards. I went in for my consultation on 4/21 and scheduled my surgery for 5/6. I didn't even have to think twice about it, My dream was finally coming true. At my pre op a week prior, Kerry once again went over everything with me. My surgery went great. Dr. Richards, the anesthesiologist, clinical staff, and office personnel were of high caliber and very attentive to my needs and requests before, during and after the procedure. There are no words do describe how happy I am. Dr. Richards checked in on me personally after the surgery to make sure I was ok and made sure I was comfortable. My recovery is going way better than I even thought and the results are better everyday. I FINALLY HAVE BOOBS and they are perfect!!! Dr. Richards changed my life and I couldn't be more thankful to him.
