Hello all!!! I'm so excited to finally begin my journey. My procedure is scheduled for May 1st with Dr.Richards. Just a little about me, I'm 5'11, about 160lbs. I have a 4yo son who I breastfed for a very short amount of time.
Right now I'm a 36AA, very flat chested, especially for someone my size. Ever since I was in elementary school I just wanted boobs and when I realized they weren't gonna get any bigger, I knew one day I'd get breast augmentation surgery and I'm so excited it's finally happening!!
I'm extremely flat chested, absolutely no cleavage, no side boob, pretty much nothing. Right now I'm set for 525ccs, but I think I'm gonna go bigger, maybe 550ccs or even 600ccs. My pre-op appointment is April 16th so I'll talk to my PS then about going bigger.
I'm trying to compile a list of things to have post surgery to make recovery a little easier, and my biggest fear is the nausea after surgery. I hate being nauseous and throwing up (not that anyone really likes it lol) but I'm most nervous about that right now. I'd like to think I have a pretty high pain tolerance, so the pressure and the tightness I'm not too worried about. I try and work out a couple times a week, so I think I'm in pretty decent shape.
Any tips or advice from ladies who have had the procedure is greatly appreciated!!!

The time is coming!!!
My pre-op appointment is on April 16th and I'm so excited!! I can't wait to go over all the details, then it'll feel more real!
I feel like I scheduled my appointment really far out, which is good because now I have all the money and it's gonna be paid for, but it also gives me more time to be anxious. I scheduled it for May 1st back at the end of February, and it's been such a long time! Haha but I can't wait.
I've been on Realself almost every day reading everyone's stories and it has been beyond helpful to hear all the tips and what the best things to do after surgery are and really just what to expect. I'm definitely going into this experience with as much knowledge as possible.
I've wanted this for so long and I can't believe it's actually gonna happen. It's surreal!

Very exciting! My surgery is on Tuesday and I don’t think it’s really hit me yet! LOL I think I’ve just been getting ready for it for so long that I can’t believe it’s here? Plus with Easter Festivities this weekend, What has helped me keep my mind off the surgery! LOL I too am tall like you and slender, it’s nice to find other women on here who have a similar body type and size. I’m 5’9” 150 pounds. I’m going with 415 smooth full profile silicone Natrelle Inspira implants! I’m SO excited for Summer time! Probably one of the first times in my life that I’m actually looking forward to the summer months! LOL I update my review as often as I can you can follow me!

Pre-op appointment in 2 days!!!
I'm so excited, my pre-op appointment is in 2 days! My surgery is just about 2 weeks away and I'm starting to get nervous lol I am looking forward to trying on more sizers and figuring out exactly what size I wanna go with at my appointment on Monday. Originally we discussed 520ccs (I'm not sure the profile but I'm pretty sure we said moderate) but I think I wanna go bigger and a higher profile.
If anyone close to my height and weight has any input or advice on size please comment and let me know!! I'm 5'11 and about 160lbs.
I did the 3D imaging with Dr.Richards and I was super excited, but now I think the moderate profile isn't enough. I want them to be a little higher up, ya know? Anyway, I'm gonna ask the Doc on Monday what he thinks!
I've also finally finished buying most of my post-op necessitates and I'm stoked!! I'll post a pic of everything I have so far!

I'm also confused about the profile. I don't want them huge and In everyone's face, but I want them to be nice and perky!! So choosing a profile is stressing me out lol
