Healing is going great. My right breast is still a bit bigger than my left. Still trying to get use to it. I'm pretty sure with having my implants placed sub-glandular, I don't have too much more healing to do. I have my 1 month followup October 27th. Def talking to my dr about my asymmetrical - Ness then. Might be something I will just live with til revision years down the road.

After having my children I gained a significant amount of weight.. in addition to the 60 lbs I gained pregnant with both of them. Starting weight: 250lbs now weight: 170lbs. I lost a total of 80 lbs within a year and my boobs went with it. Before my kids I was a full C cup. After losing weight I was a very deflated B. I just wanted my fullness back! I was recommended to get a lift but my husband and I decided not to get one. I just wanted to look great in my bathing suits and clothes and my husband has always liked my breasts the way they were. (I wanted a BA for me) So I talked to my dr. and we proceeded without the lift and I couldn't be happier.
I am a little over 2 weeks post-op and feel great. After day 3 I was driving and back to work.
There is a small difference in size between my 2 breasts. (My right is a bit bigger) I've had a difference my entire life. The same size implant (485 silicone) were placed in both so the difference would not have changed. I'm a tiny bit disappointed but don't want another surgery to fix it. Other than that, all is good!

I agree with your dr that a lift was needed. I think it would have given a better result with the implants.

I'm very happy with my choice. With my busy lifestyle, I was not physically, mentally or financially ready for a lift. I really do like my results and when I go in for my revision years down the road I will do the lift. Thank you for your input :)

You look terrific! Lifts scare the he@@ out of me with the recovery time and scarring. I'm grateful you shared because the doc I've seen wants to do a lift too, and now I realize I can get what I want without a lift. If my result was as great as yours, I'd be thrilled. Thanks again.

Thank you! I had such a hard time researching BA without a lift. And finally just went through with it. I never realized how abnormal my nipple placement was until my dr told me. Low nipples run in my family! Lol my dr was very honest with me and told me that the implant would only make me fuller, not perky, and wouldn't change my nipple placement. My husband and I were 100% ok with that! And love the results. Thanks again :) I hope my review helps other looking for answers like I was!

You look great. They look very natural. I know I need a lift. I haven't consult with the dr yet cause I'm still breastfeeding but I'm wondering if its a lot more expensive to add the lift to the BA?

I paid $4900 for just my BA. It would've cost me $9600 for a lift and BA in Vegas! Almost double!
