I'm 26 years old and I am more then ready for my BA surgery!!! I have done tons of research and finally found the right doctor for me... I think I am a big B small C now.. And extremely saggy and flat:( I am planning on doing silicone HP under the muscle... I still have to do my consultation since I live so far away from where I'm having the surgery... That's going to be a lot to think about the day before since my consult is 24 hrs before my surgery... Slightly nervous about that... But I trust I'm in good hands and Dr. Khorsandi sounds great!!! Along with his staff.. I had a full C cup small D before kids and after breast feeding they kind of deflated! Now they just look sad:( very excited!!! Less then a month to go... Also very nervous!

4 days until we make our trip to Vegas and only 10 days until the big day:) sooo nervous! I made the mistake of watching videos on how to place the implants. I was 100% sure I wanted to get silicone. But now I'm not sure! I have done lots of research but I can't seem to make up my mind. With silicon they recommend a MRI every few years to see if the implant hasn't ruptured. Well I can't decided if I want to do the gummy bear implant instead. It seems to be the best. But I didn't budget for it. But I will be spending that extra money anyways down the roAd if I have to get MRI's every few years. Hmmm...

Good luck, you'll do fantastic! I traveled out of town for mine as well. I'm the same height as you, but my procedure was a bit different. Like you, I wanted silicone under the muscle but I was not a good candidate for it. I needed reconstruction (a breast lift) due to tubular breasts, and then got 450ccs, saline, overs - I'm not sure what my final size will be because I'm only 5 days post-op but I think when the swelling goes down I'll be a full C maybe small D (I started as an A cup). I was really disappointed at first that I didn't get to do silicone under the muscle, but my surgeon reassured me that with my body type and specific situation, saline over the muscle will produce the best result - I'm SO glad that I trusted him, I already love them so much!! It wasn't easy, but I kept telling myself that I'd put a lot of time into finding a fantastic surgeon, and he knows what he's doing. Sorry for the long post, just wanted to share the best advice I have to offer - trust your surgeon and his input! Best of luck, can't wait to see your new girls!!

Thank you so much for the advice!!! I definitely appreciate it:) yes I use to be a large C small D in high school. Then I had kids and I lost everything now I'm a B cup and they are just saggy! 10 days to go:) good luck with your healing!!

I keep having this dream that they make me take a pregnancy test before surgery and I'm pregnant! Atleast I'm not having dreams that I'm dying! So that's a plus! I'm also nervous that getting bigger boobs will make me look fatter! Anyone else have this fear?

Maybe I missed it, what size are you getting? I TOTALLY had the fear that getting implants will make me look larger. That's part of the reason I ended up going with a smaller size because I anything larger made me look heavy.

I went with 550cc and I love the size! Extremely sore today tho... How's it going for you? What size did u end up doing!

Im really sore too. Like even doing little things really hurt like closing the car door or reaching! I got 350cc im so freakin excited. I just got the bandage off and got to see them for the first time!
