I developed at an early age and I've always had big perky breasts since I was in junior high. My breasts were large for my small frame. I gained a lot of weight since high school hitting 127lbs, which got my breasts to a full 34D cup. I was always known for the small girl with huge breasts and loved dressing up with cleavage showing. In started losing weight 2 1/2 years ago and the moment they started shrinking I started considering a breast augmentation. Since then I lost 35lbs and my bra size became deflated 34B or C. I chose 475cc, submuscular, inframmamary incision. After surgery I ended up with 485 Natrelle Inspira SRF Full Projection. I'm post op day 7 and so far they look great. Can't wait until they drop and fluff!

During my consultation, surgery, and post op appointments I've felt supported and cared for by Dr. Smith and his staff. I chose Dr. Smith over the first surgeon I had a consultation with (only 1 other consultation with another surgeon before choosing Dr. Smith). Dr. Smith spend a great amount of time with me to explain EVERYTHING in depth. I told him what I wanted and he gave me all my options with the pros and cons. I appreciated the autonomy he gives his patients instead of telling them what they should choose. I'm a tiny girl (4'10, 93lbs preop, 32B or C deflated breasts) and wanted to go big with 475cc. I liked how he let me know they are large for my size but are doable. My first consultation with another surgeon I feel like they limited me and chose options for me instead. I'm happy I went with Dr. Smith because I got the size I wanted and the exact surgery date I wanted also. I trusted that he could help me achieve the exact look I want. Dr. Crowley, the anesthesiologist, texted thorough preop info and was comforting right before surgery, decreasing my anxiety. I was provided with all the preop and post op info so I felt well prepared going into surgery. All the staff are super friendly and I enjoyed every visit so far. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff and would definitely return for any other procedures!
