So before I got pregnant I had really nice perky...
WORTH IT$7,000
So before I got pregnant I had really nice perky breasts (they weren't big but not small either) I was a 36c! But then I got pregnant & my boobs changed SO much, they went up to a 34D.. I freaking loved them so much!!!! Didn't even have to wear bras! & after my baby was born I only breastfed for about 2 1/2 months & my boobs DEFLATED & got saggy! I became sooooo insecure.. only a good supportive bra could make my boobs look somewhat decent. So that's when I started looking into getting a BA. I was pretty set on what I wanted.. I wanted silicone implants high profile & I wanted my incision through the armpits. But when I picked my doctor (Dr. Pancholi) he recommended the complete opposite due to the minimal sagging (I didn't want to do a lift) so he recommended the gummy bear tear drop implants & incision to be under the boob! Oh & for the implants to be infront of the muscle. So after trying on different sizes I chose 535 on the round silicone implants which is like 320 something in the gummy bear one. I completely trusted my dr so I went with that. He made me feel so comfortable with what was going to happen & was completely honest with everything! His staff made me feel so welcomed as well. I just knew this was it.

Day of surgery!
So surgery went really well.. was scheduled to be there at 7am but didn't go into surgery until about 9am.. I woke up in recovery at about 11am & I felt great! Was even trying to get up on my own but the nurses yelled at me lol I didn't feel any pain at all or any nausea! I didn't take any pain pills at all yesterday up until 1am, I started getting some pulsing sensation on my right breast but it was pretty tolerable!

Post op day 1
I woke up feeling pretty sore today & when I stood up my breast felt kind of heavy. Pain is nothing too crazy, I've been walking around helping my husband with our daughters bottles and stuff. I just came back from my follow up with Dr. Pancholi & he said they are looking great! It was my first time seeing them without the surgery bra & omg I loved them!!!! Still pointy & swollen looking but I already know they are going to look great! (When I shower I will upload how they look without the bra) .. We got rid of the gauze I had in the middle & he put the band on top of my breast so they can start to move down. I started taking my pain meds as of today as well. He told me to rest as much and not to be walking around either (oops)
