My surgery was only about 10 days ago so I want to wait a while to post before and after pics.
For those of you that have had other procedures done. This was a piece a cake!
I have a lot of good tips for any of you that are thinking of getting it done.
As far as sitting. Bruising. Healing. I went in today and they were shocked at how much fat has remained and how I am healing.
In am just over 55 and the body sculpting he did was amazing.

So what are your tips? I have mine scheduled in end of February and can use some advice as far as healing and best things to buy for sitting and plane rides.
Did you get any massages?
