I'm now 4 days post op and feeling better. I'm still very sore but I'm able to go the full day without pain meds and just use them at night. Here are some updated pics from pre op and post op. I won't keep them up forever so after I take them down send me a message and Ill most likely let you see them.

So I'm 2 days out of surgery and boy has the pain been crazy! I tolerate pain well but this is another beast in its self. I mean I have been able to walk around and get up with the help of the pain meds. Dr Crowley the anesthesiologist was amazing and sweet. Shannon is the one who brought me back. Sweetest person ever. Rose is awesome, talking to you , getting your ivy put in and making you feel comfortable. Dr smith comes in and colors all over you with the marker and tells me how great I'm gonna look and snaps pictures. Over all it was an amazing experience there as nervous as I was. Bree was the post op nurse but I couldn't tell you what she looked like because I don't remember her at all.lol. Mom said she was so nice. I felt slight nausea but nothing too bad Because I have pills for that. The ride home was fine. I was so doped up and laid across the back seat. The first day wasn't bad over all pain wise I was just out of it. I went in at 8:30am and was in the car around 1:30 I believe . I think it was somewhere around 9:15 or 9:30 when dr Crowley put me under. Yesterday was pretty painful and uncomfortable. I had to go back into the office and Shannon took off my garmet and all my tape and put new surgical pads on me with new tape and a new garmet . She said Friday mom can take off my tape and I can take a quick shower. When she was taking the tape off my stomach I got really hot and felt like I was gonna pass out so she got me cold apple juice to drink and I felt much better. The rest of the day I rested but still got up every couple hours to walk around. It's not so much the pain is bad your just very uncomfortable. I'm not sure how much he put in but it looks huge right now. lol they said it's really swollen which I hope so Because this thing is ginormous lol. I'll post pics one day soon when I get time. I also have minimal bruising. Butt feels rock hard but I know it will soften in the weeks to come. I'm glad I did it but I wouldn't do it again unless I had to have a revision.

Went for my pre op appt and it went smooth and easy. Besides the fact your signing your life away lol. You sign a lot of papers they go over them , you get your post op care instructions and you get your paperwork to have your blood work done. Also get your prescriptions and Lauren is great and answers any questions you have. I'm 7 days pre op and I'm nervous but excited at the same time! Something post op things I got just from lookin on real self. On Amazon I ordered a wedge pillow for your back and I plan on laying on my tummy on it to watch tv etc , arnica gel for the bruising and pineapple juice , Gatorade and I also got a pee urinal so I don't have to sit down on the toilet . Lol
