This was my 1st time with Dr. Richards. He was very kind and very gentle with the needle. I had NO bruising whatsoever, which was great since I had to go to work the next day. Dr. Richards has a great bedside manner, very personable. The staff was very nice. My appt. was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Richards.
