I started out basically a flat board (32AA) and I was never confident in anything I wore. I'm so glad I decided to have my surgery done by Dr. Richards. Today marks one month since my surgery and I love my results and I am confident they'll get even more beautiful as they descend to their final position. Dr. Richards and Kerry his NP are so knowledgable, friendly, caring, and funny. They answered all my questions at my consultation and really put me at ease. My surgery went really well! Was off the pain meds after a couple of days and was back to doing my regular activities within a week. I would highly recommend him to anyone, will definitely go to him again in the future if I decide to get something else done.

Hi Emerald, congrats on your new boobies. They look great and you're still early on in the recovery, so they'll only get better. Your new look is amazing, a huge difference to your before pics. I bet you're so pleased. I had mine done 6 weeks ago and I can't stop looking at the transformation in lingerie and bikinis. It's amazing what a new cup size can do for your confidence. Im off to Las Vegas next month, I love it there!!! So hopefully my new look has settled in time for me going to the pool parties!! I would love to live in Vegas, all those great things on your doorstep. Enjoy your new look!!

Sorry for the late update, I'm on vacation at the moment. I finally got measured a couple weeks ago and got 32DD. I was measured at Dillard's so I'm wondering what I would measure at Victoria's Secret considering that they actually run smaller. Once I get w change to go I'll let you all know. Will try to get some new pictures up. :)

Can't wait to see more pictures! I'm getting my surgery done in 35 days, I am currently a AA (not sure what my band size is) and at my consult my ps and I decided on 425 silicone unders to get me to a full C, small D (I would be happy with a full D, husband thinks my frame is too small for it though). Curious to see how awesome the results can be! Will be going out of the country 4 1/2 weeks post op and need to be swimsuit ready :)

Hi jbeb, all the best for your future transformation. Make sure to check with your surgeon that your wounds are fully healed and that your ok to go in the sea and pool (if you do), 4.5 weeks post op as you don't want to risk infection. Also surgeons advise to keep the scars out of the sun for a year to prevent them being permantly dark (more relevant for topless sunbathing I'd imagine). I had mine done 10.5 weeks ago, I can't believe how quick the time has flown. I love them in my new bikinis, finally feel like a woman. Yay :-)
