I wanted a natural looking full C. Dr. Richards advised me to go with 397 Natrelle silicone implants and thats what I went with. At one month out I measure at a 34D. I'm very happy with the results so far and feel like I got exactly what I asked for. My only regret in the whole process is that I didn't decide to go a little bigger.

I initially felt strange about deciding have the surgery done by the first and only doctor I had a consultation with but I am very happy I did. From the beginning this process felt very easy with Dr. Richards. He and his staff answered most of the questions I had before I even asked them and prepared me well for what to expect during the recovery process. The day of the surgery went smoothly and I felt about as comfortable as one could feel getting surgery. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the ease of the entire process and even more importantly very happy with my results so far.
