The wait time for my consultation and surgery were both over 3 hours.
At my 3-month follow up I wanted to discuss the fact that my muffin top wasn't gone. Dr. Lane was beyond rude and VERY defensive. I had anticipated a discussion about other options and instead I got barked at about how it wasn't his fault I had gained weight. I am almost 5'9" and I had gained 4 lbs. (Not a lot for a woman of my height). I wasn't lookin for anything free or anything. I just wanted to discuss it. His interpretation was that I came in accusingly. I replayed it in my mind and just don't see it. I was a little disappointed but not angry or looking for anything...except for perhaps a little compassion. Maybe he has so much business he just doesn't give a s#%. I will not return or recommend.

Hi I'm sorry about that and I know what your talking about when it comes to him being plain rude, only difference was I had a BA with him and I developed scar tissue and every time I cam in he was yelling at me blaming me like I wanted this to happen to me. 3 times I came out of the office crying bcoz of the way he was to me. I had done a revision like he said and I still have the same problem and he's still the same. I would never go back to him. Your right just bcoz he probably he gets a lot of business, he doesn't care anymore after he gets your money. Good luck hopefully you guys can come to an agreement of some sort.

I would never recommend him to anyone. He's only nice til he gets your money. I mentioned about getting other work done with him after he yells at me and then all of a sudden he's in a different kind mood lol, I never came back after that. I brought my kids 2x there and my kids are well behaved but the girls in the front were looking at us all weird like we shouldn't be there.

That's funny i was actually reconsidering this Dr. I too experience his rudeness . He gets pissed off if you question his work, i first thought maybe i took it too personal. But reading your review, reaffirmed not to go back to this Dr.
