Here's a pic before.
I feel like I can tell the most in the upper lip. The bottom is fuller and sticks out more but it's not wider.

Khorsandi!! This guy is an artist. He really takes his time to make sure his work is looking good. I've had my lips done twice before coming to him, but this time was by far the best.
He carefully shapes the outer edge of the lips (vermilion border), then fills in the rest of the lips accordingly. My favorite part is that he fills the tiny part of the upper middle lip, directly below the Cupid's bow. It fits perfectly into the juicy cleft of the lower lip which he creates. Sooo sexy! And everyone who sees my lips just thinks they are natural. People who know me can't put their finger on why I look so good.
I also had him do some other injections to my face for symmetry (forehead, chin, cheeks). I appreciate how he tries hard to see exactly what I am talking about, even though these are truly minor adjustments only I could notice. He doesn't make you feel like you are crazy for wanting many little tweaks done. Yes!

I kinda think restylane because it's thicker. Juvederm is more "puffy" and swells with humidity, and restylane stays in place more. In my opinion it's smoother, but a lot of people prefer the "bee stung" look of juvederm.
However we'll see how long this resty lasts in comparison!

Would you think it would be the same results as juvederm?
And how much of the syringe did he use? Are those pictures from your first visit?

Yes first visit.
Juvederm vs Restylane results are different, in my experience. I had Juvederm 2 previous times, this is my first with Resty.
Juvederm is more "puffy", most people prefer this look and most people use Juve for lips.
Personally I wanted to go with the Resty look because it's thicker, and gives more of a smooth appearance. Also it doesn't swell in the morning like Juve does. Some people like that though. I just wanted mine to look the same all the time.

Wow, I am impressed. I think it is important that anyone who injects, sets aside a lot of time per patient. If they rush you, then they are not taking the time to really evaluate your face. For the amount of money they we spend on injectables, we deserve 1/2 to 1 hour depending on what areas are injected.
