Was super nervous to get surgery on my face. I did consultations with 3 surgeons in Las Vegas and Dr. Khorsandi was the one I decided was the best fit for me. He is a knowledgeable, honest, experienced and confident surgeon. My friend got a rhinoplasty revision with Dr. Khorsandi and everything turned out amazing, so that put a lot of my nerves at ease. He makes you feel very comfortable in the consultation process and answered all my questions and eased all my concerns, without feeling like he was pushing me to do anything. He was to the point and gave me all the facts with realistic expectations. He was the only doctor that I saw that used 3D imaging in the consultation which gave me a better idea of our vision for my new nose. Surgery went well woke up with no pain just some nausea from the anesthesia. I didn’t need packing in my nose just silicone splints and a cast on the outside, I was able to breathe through my nose which was a pleasant surprise. Most of my swelling and bruising decreased within a week. I saw him for follow up appointments the day after surgery, 1 week, 1 month, 3month, 6 month, and at 1 year post op. Im super happy with my results, Don’t even remember what my old nose looked like when I look in the mirror. He gave me the natural looking nose I was meant to have.
