I hated my rear and I have no fat to do a bbl. got my first implants in 2011 and it looked so bad because they never dropped and was so small that it was a waste I felt. So I went ahead and did it again. Went to the same doc and went the largest so he says of implants that his vendor carries. Which to me sounds like bs since there are so many different shaped people out there. Any ways did It and yet again they looked lopsided u can see he implant since I have no fat and so yes yet again go in a third time. But he first tried to put a oval implant in but took a pic while I was under and there was no projection at all so he put my old round ones in and dropped the implant a bit. Right after surgery I couldn't have loved my butt more it was awesome except my scars in the crack. Looks real bad and like a hack job. After the swelling went down u can yet again see the implant and it makes me self conscious so I went to la and got injections. Not silicone but sculptra. That cost me 2800 but it did round my butt off a lil. Not much. Not enough to where I'm not thinking of going for a fourth surgery.

He's nice to a extent. He doesn't listen really to what it is u want. Or does n seems to forget once you go in for surgery. I'm not happy w my butt. But he did so good work on my nose and boobs. I'll say that much.

Are they ultra muscular? Or above the muscle ?
Maybe u can put a tattoo to cover the scars
Also, are those Picts after u did the Shoots? I honestly don't think it look bad.. But maybe if u bend over it is noticeable..
Omg!!!! I got my Button done from him 2 times and still not happy. I have a deep dimple on one side and do not have enough fat to fill that in. At least your but look way better then mine. My scar is a lot worse then your. He claim he put the biggest size in and it look no where as big as yours. I'm feel I'm stuck like this until I can figure another alternative. I would love to chat with you.
The current shape looks good. Those scars need to be addressed and your prior surgeon needs to pay for it. Is he really a board certified surgeon? Lots of lawyers in Vegas...go see one.
