2 Month Post Op
WORTH IT$6,429
Its been exactly 2 months now and I am very much in love with my boobs! Now that they have dropped and fluffed out even more so, I'm not gonna lie, I do slightly wish I went up to 450 cc, but nonetheless, I am extremely happy with them compared to what they were before.
At my 6 week post op I went to La Senza to get fitted and it turns out I am a 34DD! The lady at the store said I could either fit 36D or 34DD but the 36D band was way too big. I am honestly quite shocked because I was expecting a full C...
With respect to pain, numbness, soreness, etc. I don't feel any of those things! It honestly feels like I never got them done because I have every sensation back prior to my surgery. Also, I have been pretty diligent on massaging them at least 3X at 15 reps each time (haha) just to make sure I decrease my chances of capsular contraction.
Clothing wise, everything is fitting great! I had a lot of loose fitting clothing before and I'm starting to buy for fitted clothes cuz it looks so much better. Definitely going to do a major fashion revamp!

3 weeks and 2 days PO
Finally released to do lower body workouts and I'm so ecstatic! 3 weeks away from the gym felt like forever. Healing has been going really well! My scars are finally starting to fade and soreness has decreased exponentially.

heyy!! im glad to see you are healing up nicely. what kind of workouts did u do for your first day back? my surgery is in march so i'll be posting my experience soon!! aahh
Hi! Ya the healing has been going really well! For workouts it's super light and low intensity. I've been using bands and doing donkey kicks and have used the stairmaster for cardio. My doctor's rule was "if it hurts don't do it" lol. Congrats on finally booking the date!! That'll creep on ya really soon!
i can already feel how close it is and im so nervous and scared! :S do you still feel any pain at 3 weeks? any suggestions for me at this point? lol im losing my mind
aw it will all be worth it! you sound so much like me pre BA! pain wise, I still get soreness in the morning when i wake up, but otherwise I'm feeling pretty great. i didn't feel like i had to take any tylenol or ibuprofen at all and i stopped taking my pain meds on PO day 4.
suggestions? i know it's tough but try and stop looking online and comparing sizes etc. i kept doing that myself and i found it stressed me out more than i needed to be, everyone's BA is going to look different and be happy with the size you chose! plus you are in great hands! you chose a great DR! also, i would continue to tone down on the chest exercises as much as possible, i found that helped me a lot with my recovery and my pain tolerance. and lastly! stay excited! i'm sure it was a something you thought about for a while! trust me, you won't regret it! i'm so happy i decided to go through with it. I feel so much more confident in myself and feel more "complete" (no pun intended lol). your almost there!! woooo

Short a day of 2 weeks PO. Soreness gone, and I'm finally able to sleep in any position as I please, but still choosing to sleep on my back (despite being a side sleeper). Haven't been icing as much, but really focusing on massaging. Nipples are always hard tho, and starting to feel itchiness around them. Still haven't dropped or fluffed out much since my last post, but being patient. Looking forward to being able to do lower body workouts next week and start my scar treatment lotion!
