I am loving my results. I can't sing enough praises of the wonderful work Dr Julio Garcia has done. I feel great and love how they look and feel. This has also inspired me to lose some additional weight. I'm down 10-12 lbs since my surgery. I'm feeling healthier and more confidant than ever.
I finally went bra shopping. It turns out I ended up a 32DDD or 34DD depending on the style of bra. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I made an afternoon of finding new and sexy lingerie. I was getting tired of wearing sports bras every day, and I think he was too (lol).
I think there is still some additional settling that will happen as time goes on. But it will only make them feel more and more like they have always been a pert of me.

A quick update on my progress. I'm feeling really good this week. My muscles are finally relaxing, yay! Now I am just trying to be patient for them to "fluff".
I had a tubal ligation last week, and was worried that the muscle spasms would get worse while the gas was dissipating. I had a couple rough days, but I'm doing good now.
I feel like they are looking more natural. It makes me excited for how they will look in a couple of months. Just in time for swimsuit season!

Looking good! I just bought a sports bra yesterday and am hoping to do some serious walking at the gym (lots of rain in my area right now). My doctor doesn't want any serious exercise until 6 weeks but in the meantime I can walk, walk, and walk some more!

I'm there with you. Walking is what keeps me sane until I can exercise again. Good luck with your recovery, and congratulations !

Hi there! I found you b/c I'm 36 and just got 435 cc's under muscle, moderate plus profile... yesterday. I still have a few more hours before I can look at results. Have yours dropped more over these past two months since your last post? Hope you're enjoying them:)))

I'm two weeks post today. I'm feeling so much better. I've been able to go to the gym a couple of times this week, yay! Just doing some walking and recumbent bike. The girls are looking better too. The bruising is almost gone and my incisions are feeling good just a little itchy now and then. I went and got a couple of bralettes the other day. It was exciting to see them in something other than the sports bra. I'm so happy with how they look so far, I can't wait for the final results! ????

Im so happy I've found your review. I just had my BA last Friday, Feb 24th. I have frakenboob too and quite disappointed on how they look. Even though I made a lot of research and know that this happens in the early stage of healing, I still can't help but feel disappointed and second guess my decision on getting a BA. The only consolation in this process is that I have the easiest recovery, little to no pain at all, no nausea, no constipation. So hopefully this boobs will finally drop and fluff so I can love them.

I can understand your feeling frustrated, but don't give up. My muscles have finally started relaxing after almost 3 weeks. I'm really happy with how they are starting to look now. That's great that you're not having a difficult recovery otherwise. If your Dr hasn't given you a band to wear around your pecks, you might want to ask them about it. It's really been helpful for me. Good luck with the rest of your recovery, and congratulations!
