Life Changing Already - Las Vegas, NV

I had a BBL done 3 days ago and I am already ecstatic about my results. I had it done by Dr Bryson Richards, in Las Vegas. I chose him because he seemed to have the most experience with this procedure in my area.

Pre-op I was super nervous. I have a lot of extra skin and stretch marks on my stomach and I worried after the lipo, that they might be worse. The doctor agreed that I might want a tummy tuck after but I'm really hoping not to get one.

He did lipo of my entire torso (upper and lower abdomen, hop and lower back and flanks). I didn't personally want my thighs done because I prefer them thicker and I thought it would be more proportionate with my height and new booty.

From the second I got there Dr Richards team so extremely comforting and made me laugh and feel at ease. I was happy with how everything was explained and I felt good going into the procedure.

Coming out of anesthesia wasn't as bad as I expected. Some normal anesthesia after effects but morning major. The pain was considerable but nothing I wasn't expecting.

The first night as home was ok. The medicine helped take the edge off. And the next day I had my post op where they removed all the tape and bandages and the catheter I ended up having to where home. In all honestly it was brutal. Taking the garment on and off was extremely painful. And my body was in rough shape as it was holding a lot of fluid. But I knew this would be the case. My butt looked great though. Here is there first couple pictures from surgery and from the first appt.

Day two was immediately better than day one. I was able to care for my three-year-old son. Even though I had a lot of food prepped and was really well prepared. Also had friends close by on call in case I needed them. I spent most the day just laying on the couch on my stomach, occasionally getting up to walk around and use the restroom. The pain was much better than the previous day. I was even able to take my garment off all by myself and take a shower and wash the garment. And I also got it back on myself without any trouble. Here are a few photos from when the garment was off. Also I thought of a dress I had bought for our upcoming vacation before I decided to do this procedure. My stomach definitely has a lot of loose saggy skin. The doctor recommends getting a tummy tuck but I'm not sure that's a procedure that I want to get. A bathing suit covers it pretty well so I don't think that I will proceed with something like that. I'm also hunched over a little and obviously super swollen, so I'm hoping that that will also improve in time.

I wanted to add that I'm around 5 foot 10 and weigh around 190 pounds. The doctor removed the max amount of 5000 cc's of fat and put 1700 into each cheek.
