WORTH IT$5,000
Hello!!! So I have been on this site for about a year reading, researching, and having the guts to take the plunge myself. I have 3 children who are 13, 8, and 2. Nursed them all, my longest being my last baby who I nursed 15 months. My boobs have definitely payed the price, but I wouldn't change it! I am a severely deflated 36b/c now and would like to be a full D after surgery. I met with my surgeon about a month ago for the initial consult. He said I did not need a lift, which I was very happy to hear. I believe my width was 13.5 on the left and 13 on the right. I have my pre-op on Monday 5/18, so I hope to be more clear on size at that point. I know that we are doing Allergen Natrelle silicone gel implants UNDER the muscle. I am thinking I will go with a HP implant just because of all the wish pics I have chosen have so much fullness up top. We talked about size and that the implant would have to be larger than a 400cc just because of width . I'm guessing I will go with a 550 or 600… but that's just based on looking at the implants at the initial consult as well as reading so many other reviews of girls who are taller with larger builds.
I just want to look normal again without clothes on ;) I wear such heavily padded VS bras now that i'm thinking it won't be too noticeable in clothes, depending on the cut in front. I am very excited but EXTREMELY nervous about the actual surgery part and the anesthesia. I have literally lost so much sleep over being put under since I paid my deposit when I scheduled. I'm hoping the nerves will subside in the next two weeks!!
I will load pics tomorrow! I am very hesitant to post pics, or even go through with the review at all. The ONLY reason I am doing it is because it has been SO hard to find tall girls with my stats. Hopefully my experience can help someone who has a similar build. :)

I have boobs!!!!!!!
Yesterday was surgery (5/26)!!!!! It went super smoothly! We weren't sure on size, so Dr Martin used sizers and decided on 600's ultra high profile from Natrelle. I think I'm going to love them :):) all the staff was a amazing yesterday at Dr Martin's office. Couldn't have asked for anything better!!!
Boobs are super high and swollen. Will update with pics soon.

So glad you started a review...thank you! I hope I can help you right away with a link to tall women with breast implants. Ask you doctor about some type of mild anti anxiety med that you can take the night before your surgery. In the meantime, start gathering your recovery supplies and preparing for some post op down time!
No pressure! You can always start with wish boob pictures! ;)
