4 weeks later and they do look Awesome!
I mentioned in previous posts that I wanted larger implants than what I was given, and in my breast of breasts (heart of hearts) I think I would have really been more so overjoyed with some bigger knockers. But I admit, they do look great with my body shape - slim, petite and athletic. And with implants not being a one shot deal, I would be able to change them after having children in a couple of years. So to those women who are nit-pickers like me, swinging back between plus or minus 50ccs, I think it wouldn't have made much of a difference. With 350ccs Sientra moderate, I went from a 32C to 32DD (measured by Victoria's Secret one week post op - I know I prob shouldn't have been trying on bras before healing!), and this is without the drop and fluff (that colloquial term tickles me, hehe). In your experience, will they become larger in size as they D&F or will it just change shape to be more natural looking? I noticed in some womens' photos that there was a square or rectangular shape immediately after surgery, which of course changed once the breasts settled. I didn't and don't have that, which I love, but does that mean that it won't get bigger once they settle? - which I'm kinda hoping they will get larger! (Fingers crossed)
My friends have shared that they love how they look now - loved how they looked before procedure, such sweethearts - and to not get them bigger. Here are some pics.

4 days out and, man, are those emotions kicking in
My 4 day breasts fill out my existing clothes great - and with no bra! I would only have to buy new bras - fun fun fun! Although I think I just missed the semi-annual VS sale. Blargle.
I like how they look right now before a "drop" and "fluff". But my persisting question is: will they become smaller? Or just change shape but keep volume? But of course, only a general "everyone is different and you'll have to wait" is the answer. I know breast augmentation is an art, not a science.
But right now, I sometimes have fits of crying and/or anger when I think about how I wasn't able to discuss what I wanted escarole with my PS. It may be the side effects of the medications (well I know it contributes to it), but I keep thinking about the non-communication I had with my PS, be it their office or my not being forward enough. I am just fixated on that I KNOW I wanted a larger size either 375-400cc. I do have my post op appointment tomorrow and I'm thinking that may alleviate and address my concerns. Any suggestions of how to approach the conversation?

Before pics and after pics 2 days post
This would be my first time actually comparing the pre-post to post-op pictures. Also, I will be adding "goal" photos which I did not get a chance to discuss with my dr. before surgery. I was told these and my other goal photos were on screens in the operating room- which I did not see or get to discuss with her. Hmmmmm, will I have similar results??
