Arnica gel or tablets? Maybe fresh pineapple? I use essential oils but I haven't used any for swelling. Only restless leg after surgery

I thought Arnica was good for bruising? Had no idea it helped swelling. In my opinion, I would keep icing. Ice, ice and ice. Also, take very cool showers if/when you are able. You might want to stay away from salty foods as well, as the sodium in food causes the body to retain fluid and can cause more swelling. Drink a lot of fluid, too. Don't let yourself become dehydrated, because this can cause the body to hold more fluid as well. Good luck. You're looking awesome!

Stay away from Salt..... The swelling is very normal. I used to take bromelain but, even now almost a year post op.... I still swell up every now and then.

I remembr seeing dr lam for my tt and bl consult. He was very energic and patient wth answering all my questions. I didnt choose him b/c it took me too long to get to his office and i was thinkin abt po appts. Have a good recovery!

Do you have those steri strips? Did you ps uses binder? Mine does not.
