Hi Everyone...Doing okay still very swollen and sore in flanks and back area. I was wondering if anyone any holistic suggestion to help relieve some of the swelling.

What a wonderful day today! I had my drains removed today. I am still very swollen but I am getting there. I am having some issues uploading the photos but I will keep trying.
