I had smart Lipo on my upper lower abdomen on...
I had smart Lipo on my upper lower abdomen on September 5th, 2017. Today is Post Op Day #15. I did not drain at all and my 4 incisions closed up after a week. I'm walking and drinking my water. On day 8 I got a lymphatic massage and I don't see any results front that. Not sure it help but at this point I feel it was a waste of $80 I see very little difference and I'm in a funk over it. I know they say its process up to 6 months but I feel after taking out 18 cc's (9 lbs of fat) I feel I should see a noticeable difference by now. My follow up Appt is Sept 26th. I'm wearing two compression garments and a waist training all day everyday and I Sleep in just one garment because I my hot flashes. I praying for better results soon.

I'm 5'9 and I weighed 210 I'm not sure how much I weigh now as I refuse to get on the scale... I don't feel any different just sore and still numb

HI I had my surgery and had more fat removed that what you indicated by you. I had two garments so that I could rotate me ne out and always have one on. My surgery was in March 2016, and it is a slow process but you will see results. I started my massages two weeks after my surgery which supposedly stimulate the stomach muscles and helps with processing waste. It's cheaper to join a spa to get those massages at better rate . I continued those massage for three months after my surgery. You will be swollen for at least three months post surgery.... That's hard to believe but it's true. You want see your true results until next year this time.....

I just had my 1st massage yesterday. I got it done at a physical therapy place and insurance is paying for it
