I am a mommy of 5. You look great in your 1 year post op picture! Did you get your surgery last June? What type and size implants did you get to achieve your natural but perky look?

Smooth round style 20 natrelle silicone implants, mid profile.filled to 375cc which brought me to a mid/full C cup size. I am happy With them. I thought a high profile style would be my best bet, but luckily my Doctor explained that wouldn't be my best option if a very natural look is what I desired in the end. :)
