26Yrs 5ft9 150Lbs 600cc Round HP Silicone Overs Pre:34A Post:34DD

I have had 3 consults over the last four years. I met with two different PS. I first wanted a breast augmentation after I had my daughter. I have always had small boobs 34A and the are pretty even and looked nice and perky just small. I gained 70lbs when I was pregnant and my boobs where ginormous. I breastfeed for a few months and lost almost all my weight but my boobs where not the same. They where deflated and not as perky.

I had a friend who had a BA and she educated me on her experience, she recommended Akron Plastic Surgeons in fairlawn Ohio. I love her results she had 300cc silicone understand mod plus profile. Her figure is slim and her breast are a small D. The quote I got when I went in was 9700 for 500cc round unders and at that time in my life was to much to spend on myself. We had just had our daughter and where first time homebuyers.

After about a year I went in for another consultation, I decided to go with Cleveland Cosmetics surgeons Dr. Goldschmidth. I really liked him and his staff. The answered all my questions and worked with me on deciding what size was good for me. He suggested 500cc silicone high profile overs. I went home that day and I knew he was the Dr. For me. I started saving up for my BA.

My husband and I decided to have another baby and our son was born this year in February. Pregnancy was about the same with my son and I breastfeed him for three months. I knew it was time for another consult.

I met with Dr. Goldschmidth and decided on 600cc round High profile overs. I tried on different sizes 550-650 range all high profile. It's crazy with clothes they don't seem giant but looking at the 600 implant its large. I wear it well. I scheduled my blood work on October 7th and last consult to finalize everything. Surgery will be October 13th!!! Yeahyyy

I think I have looked at more boobies the last few days then most men have seen over there whole life...lol

I watched a video of the actual procedure last night. Stomach was in knots. I want to be prepared for everything. I think at this point I need to relax. Maybe go get a massage. I know I'm scheduling a wax so I don't have to struggle with shaving for a few weeks.

I went bra shopping today... bought a nice sports bra that zips in the front from JC Penney. I looked at some bras at VS but I didn't want to get ahead of myself. Who knows what size I would be. I probably looked silly looking at 34DD bras. I think every sales person asked me if I needed help. Lol

I will keep you guys posted on how tomorrow's Pre op goes.
