Was a 36b chose to go with 450ccc under the muscle.. I am six months po and wearing a 38 double dd bra.just oredered my first bikini and it fits amazing..pain was tolerable and I would so do it again. I have no problem sleeping on my sides or tummy. i absolutely love my new girls and so very happy I finally did it. Thank you Dr. stark

Dr. Stark was Amazing from my first initial consult to my six month post op checkup. couldn't have asked for a more thorough Dr. With an awsome bed side manner and a most wonderful staff.. If I were to ever decide to go bigger it would totally be with Dr. stark.. loved everything about my ba experience..

I am glad that I was able to view your post, since we have similar stats. I am 52 yrs, 36B, have 3 grown children as well, 5"2, and a 145 lbs. I was advised by a PS to go bigger since he has some women come back to go larger, when he advised to go larger initially. I want a natural look for myself (the look that I have now in my VS push up bra. He advised 300 to 350. Prayfully that would suit my body.
I originally wanted to go with 500 but my ps recommended 450 I love the 450 I do sometimes wish though I had gone 500 only because I get that greedy need .lol. . I am very pleased with my results they def feel natural..
