Heaven Sent and Life Saving Experience

I’m writing this 7 weeks post op but the pictures are 6 weeks post op. I am able to do light house work and shopping. I don’t do anything strenuous because I know I’m still healing inside. Dr Tanovic and her amazing staff continue to be extremely supportive. This is hard to deal with. You have to be mentally prepared that your body will not look the same for some months. I chose to live. My life was on the line and to me that was more important than appearances. Having a positive outlook also can help with your surgical outcome I believe. So once you commit to do this remain positive. Trust God. Also I thought I would need butt pads and I never had to order them. I’m very happy I chose my doctor. Very very happy.

This is me 1 month post op. I did not do reconstruction yet. The sooner you do the removal the better the outcome. I did not have much complications when I decided to do surgery. I had pain when I sat too long and I had some skin discoloration. The texture was still soft. I know I some cases the texture gets hard and leathery. When this happens that skin is usually dead and has to be removed. Dr Tanovic has been very kind and patient through this process. She is an excellent surgeon. She has a calling for helping ppl and her experience is evident in the management of my case. She never talks bad about her colleagues instead she encouraged me at first to explor my options. She was the right choice. I’m blessed to have her.

I recently had silicone removal from my buttocks on 8/8/18. The first surgery was 8/6/18. Dr tanovic is heaven sent. She is very very experienced in this area. Her understanding on how to deal with this complicated surgery leads me to believe that she should teach other surgeons so that more girls can be helped. Each case is different and she paints a clear picture of what the outcome could be.
Dr Tanovic is warm, very caring, knowledgeable, and most important honest. This is clearly reflected in their staff. Diane and Sanka are truly amazing ppl. They encouraged me every step of the way.
Ladies pls understand that once you begin to have skin changes that dark leathery skin, it is dead and no surgeon can save it. It must be cut out. Lipo will make it worse the material inside is thick and hard and has to be cut out.
If you looking for a doctor to help you get healthy I recommend that you add her to your list of providers that you’re considering. Meet with her and her staff and then make your decision. I’m so happy that I found her God knows. I thank God every day for her since I’ve met her.
