I had stubborn fat in my back that wouldn’t go away...

I had stubborn fat in my back that wouldn’t go away after loosing weight and working out for years. I saw an ad in our local paper for Tumescent liposuction performed by Dr. Brian Sandler and made an appointment to see him. He told me I was a good candidate for lipo of the back, flanks and stomach He told me he would have to do the procedure two or three times which I wasn’t happy about but he said it was too much to take out at one time.I liked the fact that there was no anesthesia but was concerned that he wasn't board certified in Plastic Surgery. He had told me that he had done this hundreds of times. After scouring the internet and not finding anything negative regarding Dr. Sandler and this procedure I went ahead and had the procedure done on my back and flanks on April 15th of 2014.I felt the procedure went fine but was concerned a couple of weeks later when I saw strange indentures on my back and flanks. I had a follow up appointment and he said he would have to go back in for touch ups and that it would take time for healing.I didn’t go back in to see him again until July 24th. I expressed my concerns again and he told me he would have to do the touch up procedure. It wasn’t until Oct 9th that I had the courage to go in and have the procedure done again. He was supposed to just do the touch ups but while standing in front of him highly medicated he asked me if I was happy with my stomach. I told him I wasn’t and he suggested that he should go ahead and do my stomach as well telling me I would be glad he did. I said ok.I met with him again on Nov. 6th I again expressed concern about my back and flanks still not looking good and I told him I was now worried about my stomach that had so many indentures. He told me he would have to go in a third time on my back and flanks and that I would have to get a Tummy Tuck on my stomach because there was nothing he could do to help me with it. I was upset to say the least.I went back on Dec 17th still very upset about how everything looked and he told me the same thing. I went in on Jan 15th now in 2015 for the final touch ups to the back and flanks hoping I could at least get a good result on those areas. The last appt I had with him was on Feb 13th he said everything would just take more time. it was obvious at this point that the two indentures on the flank were permanent.
