From the call back to schedule a consultation with Dr. Gross to the follow up call AFTER my procedure and ability to have open communication with the staff members and Dr. Gross directly really shows the genuine care and desire to make sure you're happy. Everyone is so caring and friendly in the facility and listen to your concerns and wants and help you achieve them. They really do make you feel like family. And i felt like that BEFORE meeting with Dr. Gross. I've done research for years and going to consultation after consultation and never had an "ahhh factor" feeling. After meeting with Dr. Gross and during my consultation I knew 120% that I wanted Dr. Gross to perform my surgery. He spoke to me and heard me first and what I wanted and expected from the surgery and than showed me how he can help me achieve that. He didn't rush his time with me and made me feel comfortable. I knew from that moment that I was and am in good hands. I had a mouse maze of a nose and Dr. Gross made it a straight path. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to go to Dr. Gross, his work speaks for him. Thank you so much Dr. Gross and to your staff dr making me feel whole again and taking me in like family.
