At the suggestion of my eye doctor and a failed tangient test, I was referred to Dr. Richards for eyelid surgery. At first, I was a hesitant about having any surgery near my eyes. A portion of my eyelids were covering my pupils and it was interfering with my depth perception. I had a consultation with Dr. Richards and I left his office feeling very comfortable about proceeding with the surgery. To my amazement I could see a huge amount of difference. The biggest difference that I noticed was driving the highway and able to see the Lake on my left and residential streets that I did not know existed because of my eyelids blocking my peripheral vision site. I am so happy to be able to read signs and so many other things that I did not see before my surgery. They look perfect, they shut perfectly and I would recommend to anyone that this surgery is worth the time and Dr. Richard's is the surgeon to see. He is very professional, courteous and discusses fully exactly what the surgery entails. I am still saying "wow this is so amazing to be able to see" and thanks to him the surgery changed my life and it also looks great not having those eyelids hanging over my eye.

Thank you so much for sharing your opinion about your doctor.

I would love to add your experience to the Eyelid Surgery community, but it would be helpful if you could provide some more detail about your experience with your procedure/treatment. This will mean we can add your review to the topic and it will bring more people to your page, giving you more support. I suggest adding before and after photos - optional of course - so that other community members can use your review as a guide throughout their journey.
