Dr. Richards has been amazing! He has made me feel at ease from our first consultation to my recent six week recheck. He has always treated me with kindness and compassion. He never wavered in his ability to handling of my complicated case. Unlike many doctors he was always available to speak to including off hours by cell phone. Communication was very important to me during my first week, I know we both lost a lot of sleep. Everyday he reassured me that he would be there to get me through every step and he has done it!
