I lost all that weight, kept it off for over a year but still looked in the mirror and had about 18 lbs of just flabby loose skin around my midsection. It looked gross. My friends said I looked great, but my clothes his the loose flab. If you can't make love to your wife without moving the mound of skin first (see picture) it really crushes you as a person. You feel ugly on the inside. I worked hard for over 15 months to lose that weight. This was my "gift" to myself for keeping it off for over a year.
