Dr. Richards was very professional. Each time I was in his office, the waiting time was very minimal and all my questions were answered. My pain was nothing more than I expected and three weeks later, I am nearly pain free without any pain relievers. Two weeks after my surgery was completed, my husband even agreed that the back lift looked great. I can wear a lot of the clothes I couldn't wear before. I feel more balanced and properly proportioned again. When Dr. Richards showed me my "before" pictures, and I look at the results, I nearly want to cry for joy. Dr. Richards is a real artist.

Dr. Richards was very relaxing to speak with. He put me at ease and his staff were very friendly and professional. I loved the fact that after my surgery, Dr. Richards called me himself to see how I was doing. Usually, after other surgeries, it is the staff that calls and not the doctor. Dr. Richards made me feel like I was important and he really was concerned that everything went well.
