I wanted implants because after breast-feeding each (3) of my kids for 2 1/2 years my boobs look like pancakes. I didn't want to have to get a lift so I just went to the size that I had when I was pregnant and my milk came in. My breasts look more natural because I didn't have a lift. This is what I was going for because I didn't want to have the fake implant look, I just wanted to have full breasts again. I ended up being a 36 DDD which was slightly larger than I wanted. I am 5'9" tall they fit my body well. I started out with a B cup.

Often times taller women can gracefully carry larger implants. That's great you didn't have to get a lift and now your results are very natural looking. Congratulations and feel free to share any pictures you're comfortable posting!
