I exercise a few times a week but am limited to walking, cycling, and swimming because of a herniated disc in my low back and previous back surgery. I try to follow a strict diet and cut out carbs, white bread, and white rice and sugar. Even with diet and exercise I struggle to lose weight in my hips, buns, and thighs. I went two weeks ago for the first Ultrashape session. It took 3 hours to get all the areas I wanted. So far. I weigh the same and don't see results. My second session is this week!

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.  According to the Ultrashape guide, you can expect to see noticeable results in two weeks, but may continue to see progress for up to three months. Clinical results showed an average of 2.5 inches of fat reduction after three treatments.

Please keep us updated on your progress and share pics, if you'd like.  Sometimes our members can spot the differences before you can.

Finally Seeing Results!

Okay, well it is one week after my 3rd Ultrashape treatment (6 weeks since treatment #1). I am really seeing results this week! I mostly notice the way my shorts fit. A friend of mine asked, "what did you do different...you look thinner." We will measure again in 4 weeks.
I am keeping my diet (mostly strict) but occasionally reward myself. I increased water intake and am exercising almost daily. Since I can't jog with my back, I have been doing modified dancing at home. The dancing focuses on my lower body, which is toning my butt and thighs!
