Hi everyone!

So for years I have read testimonials, others stories, and experiences with their surgeries. Today I get to write my own.

So currently, I'm 29. My pre-op is 4/16/15. I also have a consultation with Dr. Wilberto Cortes, for the Hour GIass Butt Augmentation on 4/22. So far I am having a breast lift with implants. Ill try to make this as to the point and informative as possible.

Current Bra Size: 36 C
Status: Severe Ptosis (My breast always did grow downward and have been sagging ever since I developed.)

Wish size: None in particular I just want nice, full, round, breast; however a nice D cup will be awesome.

Cost: $8770, that includes implants, anesthesia, lift, surgery cost, etc.

Type of Implant: Silicone (they're a little bit more than saline but they give you a more natural look and feel. I also went with a mid profile implant but I might change my mind.

Dr. Odinet is very informative about what to expect, what type of implant, and what size you need. For anyone looking to go very large, he told me that the bigger the more they sag. Also you don't want a doctor who lets you pick any size without knowing the risk and damage done to your body. Dr. Kenneth Odinet is board certified and has the symbol indicating if he's performed so many surgeries as required by the Board. He is actually listed as the 3rd best surgeon for breast implants in the state of Louisiana.

Financing: Yes they provide different options for financing. They have a in house finance program where you just need a bank card, account number, and ID. My boyfriend put down $3500 and his monthly payments are 253$ for 2 years. You are at least required to put 1000$ down to book surgery date.

I WILL post before and after photos after the breast augmentation surgery, I will also update you all on the pre-op and what to expect. Yes I will also update you on the consultation for the Brazilian Butt Lift (as I know it). Don't fret ladies I know everyone here is looking for answers, and some are waiting for they're day. Don't not give up on your dreams of surgery, we all have our own reasons for doing it.

Xoxo, Monroe

Thanks for sharing this detailed review. I'm excited for your next step! May I suggest adding your surgery date to this calendar in order to get support from other members getting procedures done at the same time.

Hi there! I want to ask you about your scar. I have been contemplating on this surgery for so long and the ONLY thing that's stopping me is the scar. How does you scar look? Do you scar easily? Whenever I scar they heal very dark.

So my pre-op went well. They gave a prescription for Valium, Phenegram (Nausea), Narco, and an antibiotic. I filled my prescription early, as they recommend to have it before surgery.

They also gave me a packet with basic instructions on what to do as far as exercises, what you can't take (vitamins, because they interfere with your body' healing process; and anything with aspirin because it causes more bleeding.)

Also a gift they are giving me free botox for me and a friend, 50$ gift certificate toward any facial product, and a free facial consultation; for choosing Dr. Odinet.

They also recommend that you bring a button up shier because it will be hard to raise your arms after surgery. Also they recommend that you bring a sports bra that snaps in front for comfort.

I'm going to post a before picture for you ladies so you can get a food idea of why I'm doing this.

So initially my appointment was for 4/27/15. However someone canclled and I actually went in today 4/21.

My appointment time was 9:30am but I didn't get back till almost 11 (they had some other patients). They hooked me up to an IV, and then Dr. Odinet came and did his markings on me.

Next the anesthesiologist came and gave me a few meds (one for nausea, and one for pain I think), next I walked back to the OR room (Dr. Odinet has his own operatingbroom in the facility). Once the anesthesiologist put the mask on me about 3 seconds later (literally) I was out.

My pain isn't too bad just feels like i did a a lot of pushups; although I have been taking my prescribed meds (Valium for muscle spasms, noroco for pain, antibiotic, and phemegram for nausea).

It was a total breeze I am 3 days post op and I am in very minimal pain. Maybe none at all. I was actually moving around the first day. You'll be just fine.
