I found this site a few days ago and I've been obsessed with it! I love reading about others' experiences and seeing before and after pics, it's helping me out so much. I've been wanting a "boob job" for as long as I can remember, so it's been a long time coming.
So as for my stats; I'm 28 years old, 5,4", and 122lbs. I have a 7 year old daughter that I only breastfed for 3 months. I am currently a 32A and I'd like to be a C. I went for my consultation on December 9th. I know a few people who went with my PS and I even sat in on my friend's consultation with him a couple years ago, so I already knew I liked him and his work.
When we were first called to the back for my consultation, my husband and I were taken into a small room with chairs and some binders of before and after pics. We went through those while waiting for the doctor to come in and talk to us. He was very informative and straight forward, which I like. We decided then that I wanted silicone and to go under the muscle with an inframammary incision. Next, one of his nurses took us into a room with the 3D machine and the sizers. She suggested that I go with about 270cc because I'm petite. She didn't think they could fit in much bigger. She also said that may be a full B, not a C. :( She took my picture for the 3D imaging machine and showed me what 270cc should look like on me. They looked nice on the computer, and they were also okay when I tried on the sizers. The doctor came in and took all kinds of measurements and chatted about the procedure some more. We were supposed to talk to him more about sizes, but I guess with all the excitement and everything going though my mind, I forgot to bring it up. I thought I was okay with that size until I started doing more research, I think I should be able to go bigger. When I called to schedule my surgery date, I told them I'd like to go bigger and she said we can talk more about that at my pre-op appointment, which is this Thursday! My surgery will be 12 days after on February 24th!
I can't believe that in 15 days, I will have boobs! I'm hoping that on Thursday my PS will say I can go bigger, about 325-350cc. I want them to fit my body and look natural, but I just don't want to regret the size after going through the pain and cost of a surgery to get them. I've never wanted like huge boobs, I think I'd feel and look awkward if they were too big, but like I also don't want too small.
I am super excited and anxious about my surgery, not really nervous at this point. My biggest concern is that I won't have enough time to recover with my husband home before he has to leave for work. He works out of state and he'll only be home for 6 days after, then I have to go back to doing everything for our 7 year old daughter and myself on my own. From what I've read, everyone is different on healing time. Some people seem fine in just a few days, and others take weeks. I know the hardest things will be reaching high and lifting heavy objects. Of course I'm hoping I'm one of the quick recoverers! I'll just try to take it easy for the first few days and then slowly start trying to move my arms higher and do some things for myself.
So I'll update after my pre-op appointment on Thursday after I know how many ccs I am going with for sure! I'd love to hear from some other ladies ladies whose experiences are or were similar to mine. Especially people who have had limited time with help during recovery and how that went. Also any tips for before or after the surgery would be greatly appreciated!

Pre-op!
LCRK12February 13, 2015
Today was my pre-op appointment! I was so anxious to go today so I could talk more about sizes with my PS. At first he said I could definitely do 300cc, but I guess he could tell I wasn't quite happy with that. He asked if I'd want to go to 330s, and I was like yes, that more of what I was thinking! He said he's not quite sure how they would fit so he will order both and try a sizer first, and if the 330s will fit he'll go with that! I really think I'll be happy with either though. It's just so hard when you don't know what the exact outcome will be. I know what 300cc looks like on another girl will be totally different from what they look like on me. Either way I'll finally have some boobs, much bigger than I have now! I'm soooo excited! It'll be like Christmas morning, waking up to see what I got! :)
After getting that out of the way, I went with the nurse to sign all of my paperwork and she gave me a folder with all of my pre and post-up care, my prescriptions, the paper to order my labs, and a few other goodies. Then I got to do the 3D imaging again! I also paid my surgery in full today, so I'm good to go!
I love my PS and his staff! They are all so nice and I feel very comfortable with them. The nurse who was helping me today is also his surgical tech and she said she'll be assisting in my surgery and rooting for me to get the 330ccs! It has been a wonderful experience with them so far and I'm sure it will continue to be!
After leaving my PS's office, I went do my lab work. They should have gotten the results late this afternoon or they will early tomorrow morning. Hope everything is good there. I always think something is wrong with me, so I'm a little nervous about that. But I'm sure they are good, I'm just a hypochondriac! Lol.
I never mentioned that my PS is two hours away from where I live, so I have to book a hotel room to stay the night of the surgery so I can see him the morning after, before I head home. Hopefully the 2 hour ride home, the day after the surgery, isn't too hard on me! I'm a little nervous because I've seen some people say riding in the car after is very uncomfortable/painful. I'll be sure to keep up with my pain meds!
So now it's just counting down the days! It's crazy how 11 days can seem so close, yet so far way all at the same time!

Your are my exact size I am older lol. But I was also 32a well maybe 32aaa I got 350 gummy and I am now 32ddd or dd depends on the bra I wanted 375 but they would not fit. The 350 are perfect though all my friends are amazed at how good they look. I wish you good luck you will be so happy.

Thank you! I checked out your reviews, your boobs look great!! I'm really hoping I can do the 330ccs and maybe have a similar outcome as you. My chest with is really narrow, that's why I couldn't go any bigger.

Yes I am 10cm and 27 inches around. My skin was so big nothing bigger would fit.

One more week!!!
LCRK12February 18, 2015
Ahhhh... It's so hard to believe that next week at this time I will have boobs!!! I'm getting more and more excited and I'm still not feeling any nervousness. This will be one of the slowest weeks ever!
I'm trying to make sure I have everything prepared to bring with me overnight for my surgery and everything clean and in order at home. All my prescriptions are filled and I was pleasantly surprised that it was only $20.23 for all 4 of them! I was expecting a lot more. I also bought some Colace, Neosporin and my Hibiclense. I bought a neck pillow because I saw a lot of people saying they were great to have and I will borrow my daughters sit up pillow with the arms. I'm dreading not being able to stomach sleep for a while, but it'll be better when I can at least sleep on my side. I have a few front closure sports bras to wear for a while and I ordered two Coobie bras because they sound pretty great. I will also have a surgical bra from my doctor, but I read that they are not always the most comfortable. I got some comfy sweat pants and a matching zip up jacket to wear after and some new PJs with a button up shirt. I've been enjoying shopping and getting ready for my surgery, but I know it will be even better when I finally get to shop for new bras, bikinis and shirts for my new girls!
I'm adding a few more before pics in a few things I have that I will try on again with my boobs for some before and afters!
