18 Years Old, No Kids, Researching for Breast Augmentation

Hi, everyone! I have been researching multiple procedures for the last four years or so. I am looking to get a breast augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift, and dimpleplasty, preferably in that order. I am very interested in getting saline breast implants. I am currently a 32B, but recently my breasts have been swollen due to me starting the birth control pill. I love the look and feel of my breasts being larger, but I am worried that once I hit the three-month mark of taking birth control, the side effect will diminish. My breasts are far apart, so I am hoping that getting implants will not only increase size and projection, but make them at least a teeny bit closer. I am a naturist and I would love to look even better naked by having bigger breasts. I have looked at lots of before and after pictures, and I am leaning towards a D cup or a similar look to the wish pictures I've attached to this post.
