It took me a couple of years to find the right doctor to fix my breathing and cosmetically improve my nose. I found Dr. Joseph a little over a year ago and it took me 14 months to decide to go through with this surgery. During that process, I visited Dr. Joseph 3 too many times, asking the same questions, bugging out. He was always so patient and NEVER pressured me. He understood this was a major decision and never made me feel rushed. From the first appointment with him to my post op appointment yesterday, he has remained so professional, honest, kind, understanding, and patient. He listened to what I asked for and made me look so natural. (Also, I cannot get over how good it feels to BREATHE! What have I been missing out on?!) I had the surgery 6 days ago and the surgery nor recovery wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Surgery day was quick and seamless. I didn't know it was possible to feel as comfortable as I did that day. And after, there was no pain, just a lot of singing and strange story telling (thank you, drugs). Dr. Joseph and his staff did an amazing job preparing me for the process. All I needed to do was follow his directions, rest, and wait it out. I'm still a little bruised and swollen, but so far- no regrets! My biggest worry was that I was going to look fake and "nose job-y." Not at all... he is such an artist and all of the noses he does looks different from the last. If you are even slightly considering having any work done (medically or cosmetically) on your face, do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Joseph. He is now the only doctor I would trust to work on my face. (Also, shout out to all his amazing staff and nurses!! The best there is! Also, at the surgery center!!)
