How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Unsatisfied

I thought long and hard before writing this review as I am 8 months post op. However I must say I am unhappy with my labiaplasty procedure. The trim labiaplasty method left me with scalloped wrinkly edges. The fat transfer performed was asymmetrical and I went back for some filler to cover the edges which still left me with an asymmetric result. A lot of my decision to go to Dr Ganchi was based on results from this page so I felt it was important for me to share my experience so others can learn from it. I healed quickly and expressed my concerns. Everyone is so nice in the office but it does not change my results and the need for a revision.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Asymmetry is inherent in everyone who presents for any surgery, and we do our best make it less apparent. I like to stress the goal in plastic surgery is about improving one’s appearance and having realistic expectations. It’s always helpful to view and compare the before images side by side with the after images in any case to better appreciate the improvements. We encourage you to contact us directly as our response is limited due to privacy laws.
