If You’re Considering Zuri, Take the Time to Read This

Let me start by saying, I am a plastic surgery connoisseur. I have had cosmetic procedures done in Miami, LA, New York, Boston & even Colombia. I promise I don’t look like Dolly Parton but I have had the best of the best. The level of service I received from the moment I inquired down to my current post-op is unmatched. I inquired & in less than 24 hours received a response. I was referred to Dr. Z by a friend of mine who told me to request patient coordinator Yessenia so that is who helped me. From my inquiry, questions, deposit & everything in between pre my first office visit was absolutely seamless. Yessenia was available to me even after office hours (via email) 24/7 & was beyond a patient coordinator- she was like a personal concierge. Introduced herself in person for my pre op & was such a doll. A lot of coordinators after they receive the initial deposit/payment you don’t see them again so this went a long way with me. Once I arrived for my pre op I was assigned a nurse by the name of Gyslane. SO informative, smart, friendly, patient & down right genuine. I’ve had so many consults/pre ops that are very surface level & cold. (Here’s your prescriptions, we need these photos, be here tomorrow at 9- goodbye) Gyslane took so much time with me, thoroughly explained everything & answered all my questions. Truly went above & beyond. Can you believe I haven’t even got into the actual doctor or procedure yet? I am that blown away by the staff. These employees are so happy in their work environment & that speaks volumes for the doctor. (I wish I could remember my nurses name who was there when I woke up in the OR because she was also an angel. Long dark hair with round glasses. So attentive & patient)
Back to when I arrived on the day of surgery, Dr. Zuri sat down right next to me, took his time to speak with me, made me feel beyond comfortable. He has such a genuine/calm aura about him that made me feel so secure & confident for the procedure I was about to do. I didn’t have a single ounce of anxiety or doubt in my mind. If I didn’t already have everything done (lol)- I’d let him do every procedure I needed. The fact that he’s QUADRUPLE board certified really is just the cherry on top. 10/10. 5 stars. 100% for Zuri Plastic Surgery.
