I still have random pain here and there but it is almost nonexistent now. I have one stitch that still will not fall out. I occasionally still use lidocaine spray for lubrication when I know I will be walking a lot and for very mild discomfort with certain clothes. Shaving has been wild since the surgery and I have only done it a couple times. My suture lines have disappeared quite a lot but some are still present. My left side is not what I imagined or discussed with my provider but I am hopeful I will still heal some more. I will have another follow up on October which will be 4 months post-op. My left side is still enlarged and longer then my right, which I feel doesn’t look right. I think I should have been more assertive when requesting the trim technique on my left side, also I think I experienced a complication. Not sure how or if I should address this with my surgeon. Tips and recommendations are very welcomed!!! I am pretty sure this is my final results but I will still update.

Thank you for your detailed review! What surgeon did you go to?

I still have occasional pain here and there with certain activities but nothing crazy. I started working again 2 1/2 weeks after my surgery. I probably should have waited 3 weeks but ole well that’s hindsight. I didn’t know my recovery was going to take this long to progress. I still have stitches in place and falling out (very weird sensation and phenomenon). I heard some people had their surgeon cut theirs out but mine used dissolvable ones. I had my 1-month follow up and my surgeon mentioned how my left side is still swollen. She reassured me this would go down. I do not like how my life side looks so bulbous but I am being patient.

11 days post-op
I was 11day after in this pic. The skin piece stopped irritating me but it still looks wonky. I addressed the concern during my 1-week follow up but my surgeon was not concerned. The area is still painful but manageable and I was able to do daily activities and outings with friends/family. I only took pain meds for my first 4 days then switched to only Tylenol every 6 hours. I forgot to mention also I was on an antibiotic prophylaxis starting the morning of my surgery. The course was only for 3 days, taking the medication 3x daily as prescribed.
You got a verry good looking result (: You can barly see scars on the labia.
thank you for adding clear photos that even shows the area of the clitoral hood reduction and the scars there, which are only shown when you spread it.
Do you feel any sensation changes for the better or for the worse?
Are the scars painful or cause you any wierd sensatin?
I hope you will love your results too.
Waiting for your updates (:
