Labiaplasty - Very Poor Experience and Very Poor Results

Labiaplasty - Very Poor Experience and Very Poor Results. DO NOT Recommend Dr. Georgia Konrat out of Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic.
So i’ll keep this simple.
Pros-
They had virtually no wait list and got me in for my consult and subsequently my procedure very quickly.
This is virtually the only pro.
Cons-
On the day of surgery i was told to arrive at 10am as the surgery proceeding would begin at 11am. Surgery was to be about an hour, I would be able to be discharged by 3pm at latest.
In actuality i was left in a waiting room with no information whatsoever for over 3 hours. i did not go in for my surgery until 2pm. when i expressed my concerns as my partner was waiting in the car park the entire time as i was assured it would only be a 5 hour process i was almost laughed at and the nurse was extremely rude. so off the bat the hospital of choosing was unfortunate to say the least.
the entire procedure itself was fine, however afterwards i was in immense pain. Dr. Konrat had not informed me of just how bad the pain and down the track, itching, would become. i also was not properly informed on how to clean the area as the aftercare forms were extremely vague. while i figured it out i think a more proactive approach would be to not be so timid when detailing how to adequately care for your wounds post surgery.
I found the team at Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic to be difficult to deal with in general. Incorrectly booking my follow up appointments and flat out never getting back to me for my final consult. i had lost the piece of paper they had written the date and time on for my final consult so i called many times to try and confirm the appointment and they never even answered their phones to me. Never returned my voicemails or my emails either. I have now given up on trying to contact them.
now most importantly, the results.
I am EXTREMELY unhappy with my results.
I want that to be very clear. Obviously as someone who is well versed in surgery i went into it with a degree of expectation management. However, with my existing anatomy I was aware my desired results were very possible, Dr. Konrat said it herself.
The look i was seeking was for my “outie” to become an “innie”. I wanted as much of my labia minora removed as possible, and i wanted my labia majora to meet, fully concealing my labia minora. i made this abundantly clear and was assured i had full labia majora and that this was possible.
at the point it’s needless to say, i did not get my desired results. I am more unhappy now with the appearance of my vulva as i was pre surgery. Dr. Konrat was extremely modest with the reduction of my Labia minora, which frustratingly, has resulted in me STILL having an “outie” despite that being the entire reason i had surgery in the first place.
My final verdict:
Go to Dr. Konrat if you want to be talked down to on surgery day, have extremely modest results, and spend an exorbitant amount in comparison to other providers for a “revolutionary” variation of the procedure that fairs “eh” results (at best).
It is extremely disappointing that a Dr. can assure you and assure you that you will get the results you desire, only to deliver something that is not even close. Obviously Dr. Konrat would have known that the results i was seeking would have been better achieved through perhaps a wedge method labiaplasty, or a labiaplasty where the tissue is actually cut off. However she did not say this, rather assuring me i would have my perfect results with her “special” method.
all in all i do not recommend Dr. Konrat or the Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic at all. A very disappointing experience leaving me very frustrated.
