Doctor Magnusson and his team have treated me in the most clinically professional and compassionate manner I have ever experienced in my medical history. There is consistent transparency about procedures, eligibility and risks, and the questions asked during the initial stages are highly insightful and professional and aim to tailor each outcome to the individual.

On several occasions, Doctor Magnusson and his team have gone above and beyond to accommodate for particular traumas I had experienced, reassuring me of consent on several occasions without prompting, simply from a knowledge of my volutarily-shared history with medical practitioners. This is an absolute testament to the professionalism and standard of ethics of the practice and particularly Doctor Magnusson himself.

With the procedure itself, the staff at Pacific Private had exceptional bedside manner. Doctor Magnusson visited me privately before the procedure to ask if I had any further questions or concerns, and I found that despite being in the most medically vulnerable position I have ever been in, I had full trust in the team and went in with zero anxiety.

The outcome so far has been exceptional in quality and aesthetic, with minimal swelling, no weeping, and the site is clean and dry. I had to attend the ED due to an unrelated personal reaction to the prescribed post-op pain medication, and Doctor Magnusson called me personally during my ED attendance to talk me through next steps.

I feel that my quality of life and my overall comfort has already been significantly improved, and I cannot recommend Doctor Magnusson and his team enough.
