I had a labiaplasty, frenulectomy, and lateral hood reduction with Dr. Alinsod, and I could not be happier with my results. My outcome is both beautiful and functional, which was incredibly important to me.

I have a complicated history of chronic vulvar pain, so my decision to have surgery was not primarily cosmetic. I needed a surgeon who understood anatomy, pain, function, and aesthetics, and who would look at my case individually rather than treating it like a standard cosmetic labiaplasty.
Dr. Alinsod did exactly that. He took the time to understand my symptoms, my medical history, and the specific areas that were contributing to discomfort. He was able to customize the procedure around my anatomy and my goals, which was incredibly important to me.
The biggest benefit has been improvement in my pain, which was my main reason for having surgery. At the same time, the aesthetic result is beautiful, natural-looking, and better than I expected. I truly feel like I got the best of both worlds: a functional improvement and an aesthetic improvement.
I also work in the medical aesthetics industry, so I am very familiar with evaluating providers, procedures, and results. In my opinion, Dr. Alinsod is one of the true pioneers in labiaplasty and vulvar cosmetic surgery. His level of experience in this area is difficult to match, and I do not know another surgeon I would have trusted more with such a specialized procedure.
He was also very caring throughout the process, which mattered a lot to me given my history. I never felt like my concerns were being minimized or that my case was being treated as routine.
