Updated in regular story part. Allergic…

Updated in regular story part. Allergic reaction sucked, can't believe girls put those harsh pads and tampons on/in their bodies every month. Pain meds could not even touch the sensitivity I was feeling.

Labiaplasty experience.

I had a bi-lateral labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction.
Surgery itself - spent a total of 4 hours at the clinic, but was only under general anesthesia for approximately 30-40 minutes. Got over 30 stitches.
Day one : After the surgery I felt fine. I wasn't loopy like some of the other patients were coming out of the anaesthesia. They put a lot of local anesthesia into my vulva so had very little pain.
Day two : Hardly any pain during the day, so didn't take any pain medication but was uncomfortable sleeping on my back.
Day three : Salt baths really help ease any discomfort. Swelling was less since the first day but same as second day. Felt well enough to go to the movies and do light housework.
Day four : Went out to a Christmas party. Didn't drink or anything because I took one Percocet, but still had a great time.
Day five : Swelling is still the same, but very very minimal. Having to abstain from sex is very very difficult. Probably the hardest part.
Day six : Woke up in excruciating pain after going 12 hours without pain meds. :/. The nurses said I should put pressure on my vulva, but it's way too sore for that.
Day seven : Still in a ton of pain. 10/10 painful. Can't even stand the touch of my panties or a cloth to wipe. Can't put any pressure at all. Super duper swollen. The only relief I got was in the bath.
Day eight : Figured out that I was having a bad reaction to the pads I was wearing (for my normal period I never use regular pads since they are bleached and contain harsh chemicals, I use cloth pads and all natural cotton tampons) which was causing my swelling and pain... After one of my baths I stopped wearing them and within a few hours felt relief.
Day nine: Now that I stopped wearing pads I'm back to a 2/10 on the pain scale. Can actually bare to clean my stitches, and am in much spirits. Swelling has gone down a little so hoping it keeps going down and down more.
